Juggalo Grafitti-
This tagging appeared about a year ago on the North Little Rock side of the Arkansas River. This year, a Little Rock city park was vandalized with the exact same tags. LRPD sources indicate they have a suspect in the case and all persons found to be involved will be charged. Defacing public property is a nuisance crime that requires the expenditure of many resources. Also, anyone know of any significance to the month of October to Juggalos and Juggalettes? Leave a comment.

juggalos are not criminals we are kids surviving against a harsh country that shows opposition to power and unity. We are not a gang we are a tight knit family. and like any family we fight amongst each other and there are always bad seeds but when it is time to unite we all stand with pride and mutual respect . I represent for my juggalos because they represnt for me and as to your question about the signifigance to october, halloween.... the only day i get to be myself insted of trying to be normal like you and everbody else.

Juggalos and juggalettes are nothing more than familly, we are not bad people, we stand up to people who dont believe in whats right, yea we may be diffrent, we may not be like you or any other person who walks around with nice clothing, where just people, where familly, where the ones you see in the back of the room looking at others cause we think there diffrent... If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck....you know that saying. Be a family...stick up for each other...don't assault others while you are shouting "JUGGALO JUGGALO JUGGALO" (murder case in western US). Most states define gangs a a group of 3 or more who, 1) commit crimes for the benefit of the gang (graffiti), 2)who have signs or symbols common to the group,etc. Even if you don;t consider yourself a gang banger, the JUGGALOS are documented gangs in some states. THat, unfortuately, makes you a gang banger. You may not like that thought but that is the way it is. DOn;t let you family members get out of line...and while you are at it, how about showing respoect for people who do not understand you. You expect it from them...they have the right to not like what you represent. I agree that they should just keep their mouths shut about it though.
Ok Im A juggalo myself and all u guys are right but im live in chicago ill and juggalos are growing from a party crew to a real gang there called insane juggalos and they are folks under the insane family bridge for example insane spanish crobras, insane gangster city knights ect.... and insane juggalos fall under the 6 point star of david i wonder y but im against this and anybody who claims to be a juggalo and is in a gang no matter what its called is a juggahoe personaly i would not let any family of mine mess ther life up i dont need a gang real niggaz can do it on there own two feet

Id like to further these comments in support by further pointing out that I am in a similar boat. I dont know how old this page is BUT...Im a juggalo however I am also an individual with my own ideas, beliefs and style. Ive never been in a gang nor will I ever be in one. I moved from Missouri to Arizona recently and I was questioned accused and profiled as a juggalo gang member by Arizona State Police Gang Units. I clearly specified that Ive only been in the city for about a month but they wouldnt leave me alone.(fact is tho many juggalos have split into gangs in different cities. its true. check out LA.Phoenix too. But thats still not the problem cuz this happenned all the way in rhode island) The problem isnt juggalos, the problem is the people who judge others and just label everyone who is different as a problem. People need to open their minds and get a clue. As for you fam, you much clown love nukkz.

Throughout recent history young people have been suppressed for their love of music and groups. I feel this is another instance of persecution due to ignorance. Here is the perfect example of how a symbol can be interpreted as socially and morally bad. ICP is a rap/rock group that makes music for anyone to listen to. We are fortunate to live in a society that allows the FREEDOM to enjoy whatever one chooses to listen to and believe. My example is this. Last night I was driving my daughter's car in Roseville, CA. I was coming home from work at approximately 12:30am. I also need to tell you I am 46 yrs. old. It is an older model Honda with a red Hatchet Man on the side window and ICP clowns on the rear hatchback. My daughter "sports" these because she likes ICP music. I was obeying all driving laws when I came upon two cops, each one facing the opposite directing stopped talking in the middle of a busy street. Thinking something serious was going on, I began to pull over to the side of the road and stop. The officer's car facing the direction I was going made a immediate u-turn in the road and seeing this, I proceeded forward towards home. As I passed him he flipped a u-turn and came up behind me, extremely close. I am not even a quarter mile from my home. Once I turn onto my street, on come the flashing lights and I pull over. This officer approaches my vehicle like I had just robbed the convenience store around the corner. I rolled down my window and asked him what I did to deserve to be pulled over. He flashes his flashlight at me and asks me "Is this your car?". I tell him is is my daughter's car and he questions me if I know who/what the hatchet man symbols. I said it was a group/music my daughter listens to. He had the audacity to say "It is like driving around with Crips or Bloods on your car, did you know that?" "Do you and your daughter belong to this gang!" I laughed at him for his statement. How can you compare the two. I don't see ICP sporting machine guns and committing drive by shootings. You know where this is going so I will make this shorter. He said that law enforcement now considers anyone with Juggalo, Juggalette, ICP and hatchet symbols gang affiliated and he took down my name, address, age, car details, etc. for the CA state gang database. BE CAREFUL out there. Your freedom of speech/expression is being questioned by ignorance, intolerance, and stupidity. If you live anywhere in Sacramento/Placer co. this could happen to you too anywhere in America. Next thing you know if you have a Van Halen, Misfits, or a bumpersticker saying you love your Labrador Retriever you could be labeled as having "GANG" affiliation. Keep supporting your kids and love music for what it is, verbal expression and the poetry of our time.
Not a gang perhaps, but certainly for some it is a way of life, a cult, a replacement for religion or the boy scouts. What does 'gang' even mean? Look it up. Are the Hells Angels a gang? The Mafia? The Crips and Bloods? The gang label means organized crime.
