Another UNITY Visit

I visited the UNITY program at Tucker Maximum Unit of the Arkansas Department of Corrections this morning. UNITY is a unique program started by an inmate and staff of the unit. Warden David White told me that he can see a clear difference in inmates who are members of UNITY and those who are not. The program is voluntary and particpants are presented with many self-help opportunities which in turn help those they communicate with.
