PAL Clubs Working: Intervention & Prevention Program Highlighted by National Association

PAL is a national intervention and prevention program aimed at creating better trust and understanding between police officers and youth through educational, athletic and recreational activities. The program in North Little Rock is in its fifth year and has become a national model for the League. In addition to its incredible achievements in reducing juvenile crime and creating a better environment for the area youth, the NLR PAL has succeeded through its collaborative efforts between the NLR Police Department, NLR Department of Parks & Recreation, the City of North Little Rock, and the Boys and Girls Club.

The PAL Center is a shining example that if we all come together and work with one another, then we can really make a difference in the lives of our youths.
