The Importance of Persistence In Gathering Information About Gangs and Cliques

Recently we began seeing the word "PLUTO" in tags around our city. We noted the pitchfork in the T, but did not know if PLUTO was a gang member's name or something else. A sharp-eyed staff member noted the t-shirt on a young man whose photograph was taken at a community event. Voila! This shows the importance of persistence in attempting to gather information about local gangs, posses, cliques and crews. Steve
