I work at a state prison and I recently saw a tattoo with the number 75 on the upper left arm of a Cuban that states he hasn't been in this country for more than a year. Can you I.D. this one for me?

Check with the U.S. Marshal's Service, Threat analysis Division, Washington, DC They are a wealth of information and they track gangs, groups etc world wide.
